Unlike wen ko this place has a 15 year tradition of being respectful to neighbours and putting on shows for local cultural musicians that end at 11 pm. Those who complain about noise should live in the suburbs... Kensington is a community for artists resto cafes and socializing.... All these new people moving into the area should learn to appreciate other cultures instead of discriminating against them

One of the places that makes Kensington Market such popular destination. great vibes, good food and coffee and an impressive collection of cocktail ingredients. the place doubles as coffee and bar, so during the day you'll see lots of laptops, however they are strictly banned from 6pm weekdays and from 1pm on weekends (an excellent idea!). Staff if friendly and swift. the place is accessible (there is a wooden ramp at the entrance) but the washroom is in the basement (stairs). there is a sizeable front patio and much larger patio space in the back. Lots of daylight, and many tables (including a long "communal" one near the front). Very charming and unique decor, with an antique scale and old signage (maybe inherited from the previous owners?).

I came to Pamenar today looking for a coffee but left with a whole new perspective on life. Today I was enjoying my large single shot decaf iced americano on the beautiful patio when one of the ice cubes became lodged in my throat. I actually happen to be one of very few cold blooded humans on the planet and so the ice cube just would not melt. The long dark haired barista working today, September 30th 12:15PM, leapt over the counter and successfully administered the Heimlich maneuver saving my life. She held my hand while I processed the experience and I knew then that I’d always be welcome and safe at Pamenar.

Cute little coffee shop that turns into a bar in the evening with the prettiest backyard patio. They have started having a live DJ in evenings this summer. The drinks are very refreshing. Highly recommend visiting this place.

Wonderful coffee shop!! I loved my latte and the staff are very friendly!! There is lots of seating with large wooden tables. There’s even more sitting in the backyard patio and there’s a patio on the front too!

Love the “NO LAPTOP”, Staff are so accommodating and nice. We came in to avail of the Hibiscus cold drink and relax at the patio.

This is the spot. Fantastic location to work with decent WiFi (before 7PM and only in the back patio though). The iced latte and baked goods were great and the whole atmosphere was just lovely. A peaceful mixture of people doing work, reading and just casually chatting. This place is a must-try cafe in the heart of Kensington Market.

4.6. Love this cafe. Great space and amazing back patio to read/catch up with a friend/have coffee. The chai concentrate is made in house, also highly recommend the ice tea or breakfast cookie. Really nice atmosphere and friendly staff. They have lots of milk alternatives if needed

Love this hole in the wall cafe beside a bike store. They have a variety of coffee, tea, beer, and other alcoholic drinks. They encourage you to not bring your laptops but instead to be offline and talk to each other. They also have a patio at the back and washroom in the basement.

Charming little spot in Kensington! We came for drinks on a Friday night and sat out on the patio, which was super cozy with apple trees growing through it and twinkle lights overhead. The espresso martini was fantastic.
